Summary: The Family Package app is designed to be simple and does not collect personally identifiable information (such as name, phone number, or national ID). The app may access the Camera/Photos feature to let users take or upload images for use within the app and uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications. 1. Who we are
This mobile application (“App”) is provided by the National Social Assistance Fund (NSAF), Cambodia. This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, used, and protected when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the terms described here.
2. Information we collect and why
The App does not collect personal identity data (such as name, phone number, or ID number). The App may access limited information strictly to provide core features:

- Operate and improve the App without creating personal user profiles.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.
4. Data storage and security
- Images may be stored securely on servers controlled by NSAF and/or locally on your device.
- We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data.
- All network communications are intended to be protected with transport-layer encryption (HTTPS).
- No personal identity profiles are created or stored by the App.

7. Your choices
- You may disable camera permissions at any time in your device settings (some features may stop working).
- You may disable push notifications via device settings.
- You may uninstall the App at any time.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. The current version will be available on our official website: https://fp.nsaf.gov.kh.
